Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Business Cloud Inc. As a key member of our Client Support Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their technology ecosystems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Triage support queues and communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  2. Investigate, document, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of computer system issues.
  3. Complete assigned projects to continually improve client technology ecosystems.
  4. Create, consult, and update internal and external knowledge base guides and share information with team members.
  5. Develop skills by participating in regular computing certification exams and other product knowledge training.
  6. Demonstrate expert knowledge of systems, including networking, cloud computing, software, hardware, and technical business processes.
  7. Train customers on how to make better use of technology overall.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of a College Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in a technical support environment or equivalent.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. A dedication to customer service.
  5. Advanced computer skills including setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  6. Advanced knowledge of the Google Workspace suite of products.
  7. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
  8. Familiarity with Windows Server.
  9. Familiarity with computer networking concepts.
  10. Familiarity with a variety of computer hardware and software, including mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  11. Ability to effectively document processes and create Knowledge Base articles.
  12. Ability to multitask and problem-solve with the utmost attention to detail.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $38,500 - $50,000 annually (salaried) and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and training opportunities.
