Drive Quality Improvement in Healthcare Accreditation

We are seeking a driven and passionate Health Education Quality Specialist to support our EQual health education accreditation program.

This role involves managing accreditation services for educational programs at colleges and universities, supporting the process of preparing graduates to deliver safe and effective care. You will also play a key role in advancing quality improvement initiatives and supporting the strategic growth of EQual.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely communication.
  • Draft comprehensive and objective reports based on surveyor assessments and feedback.
  • Stay current on accreditation standards, regulations, and developments in health and education fields.
  • Engage in or lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or education.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare or education with a focus on program administration, client account management, and operational planning.
  • Proficiency in English with exceptional writing skills.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
