We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at XPERT ACCOUNTING LTD. This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
