Job Summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Fixed Base Operation (FBO), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services, including concierge and other support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and services provided.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid state license required where applicable.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
  • Knowledge of radio procedures and protocols.
