Job Title: Network Support Technician

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a skilled Network Support Technician to join our team. As a Network Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and mainframe networks
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
