As a Network Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and mainframe networks
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
- Provide problem-solving services to network users
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- 35 hours per week
- English language
As a Network Support Technician, you will work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and require attention to detail. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
