Record KeepingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, benefits, and performance data.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience5 years or more of experience in human resources, preferably in the construction industry.
CertificationsCertified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
SkillsHuman resources software, information technology, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
