Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Oversee full cycle payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Canadian regulations.
- Employee Support: Assist employees with personal information, benefits, and employment changes in our HRIS system.
- HR Policy Development: Initiate and implement HR policies and procedures to support our industrial environment.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Lead onboarding and orientation processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Human Resource experience, including Canadian payroll experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/HSM systems.
