About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Elit Care. As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
