Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Randstad. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk and surrounding areas
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
