Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant, Assurance and Advisory to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing compilation and review engagements, performing and leading audit engagements, and preparing and reviewing corporate, trust, and personal tax returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of compilation and review engagements
  • Performance and leadership of audit engagements
  • Preparation and review of corporate, trust, and personal tax returns
  • Supervision of engagements and related tax filings
  • Identification and resolution of engagement issues
  • Support for year-end planning
  • Training and mentoring of junior staff
  • Development and maintenance of positive and productive working relationships
  • Support for practice and professional development initiatives
  • Participation in business development initiatives
Requirements
  • CPA designation or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in public practice accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Interest in managing and developing others
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables, adhering to time and budget constraints
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
