- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate to identify their needs and provide solutions
- Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic client relationships
- Master time manager with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Insurance broker license Level 2 and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- 2-5 years of insurance experience
