At MNP, we're committed to helping our clients navigate the complexities of the public sector. As a Bilingual Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering advisory consulting services that drive meaningful results and create value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of digital transformation strategy and planning, technology solution selection, program and project leadership, organizational change management, facilitated decision-making, and learning and development.
  • Participate in challenging engagements with clients, bringing your experience with senior business and technology leaders to these discussions.
  • Lead proposal development, implementation, administration, and completion of client engagements.
  • Perform complex research, interpretation, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to propose, plan, and implement recommendations.
  • Coordinate project logistics with clients and stakeholders consistent with project plans.
  • Support the continuous improvement of frameworks, methodologies, and client service products.

As a Bilingual Senior Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services and clientele through experiential learning with clients. You'll also attend internal MNP courses to further develop your knowledge around performance improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, public administration, computer science, information science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, assessments, system implementation, technology, and digital strategy.
  • Five or more years of consulting experience, ideally in a public sector environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
  • Canadian Federal Security clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance, is required for this position.
