About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Business Development Specialist to join our National Retail Account team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for executing internal and external processes for retail store and online product launches. This includes submitting internal launch submission documents, retail item set-ups, instore card testing, and initial inventory submission documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain planograms and data extraction to support inventory replenishment
  • Audit weekly merchandising reports and store conditions, and drive weekly actions and follow-ups with the third-party merchandising partner
  • Coordinate and ensure execution of new fixtures in store
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives and provide post promotional sales analysis
  • Maintain key databases and research and resolve store escalations/product activation issues

Requirements

  • University undergraduate degree
  • Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office applications
