Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of our food, ensuring that it meets our high standards and is presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and multitask.
