Restaurant Manager Job Description

At Jimmy the Greek, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, recruiting and supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to maintain profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
