Job Description
As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and streamlining operations within the accounting department. You will oversee accurate and timely accounting and operational reporting, preparing and analyzing profitability reports across customers, projects, products, and agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to achieve cost reductions, enhance controls, simplify processes, and optimize equipment utilization.
- Support the preparation of operating budgets and forecasts, offering insights into future financial plans, internal controls, policies, and goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and IT policies, instructions, and guidelines at all organizational levels.
- Assist with coordination and execution of audits.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management-level accounting role, with strong full-cycle accounting experience.
- Industry Background: Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
- Certifications: CPA designation (preferred).
