We're a community of builders committed to building better communities, and we're looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Process outgoing payments and ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and bills.
  • Record and reconcile expense statements, credit card statements, supplier invoices, and cash receipts.
  • Collect and organize monthly operations reports from all offices.
  • Prepare consolidated monthly operations reports and perform other accounting tasks as required.
  • Improve spreadsheets and business processes through automation.
  • Provide general administrative duties, including filing, ordering office supplies, and mail distribution.
  • Support the Accounting team with miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in various computer software programs, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
