Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that food orders are prepared and delivered to the highest standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
