Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Food Fight BBQ. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.

- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
