**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator/Cloud Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining our internal IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Support and Maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure Implementations**: Provide technical support and maintenance for our Microsoft 365 and Azure implementations, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • **Design and Implement Cloud-Based Infrastructure**: Design and implement cloud-based networking and security infrastructure for our clients, utilizing your expertise in cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • **Provide First-Level Support**: Offer first-level support for our Managed Services offerings and Delivery Services client project security and infrastructure, as well as other project support as needed.
  • **Stay Up-to-Date with New Technologies**: Stay current with new technologies and advancements in the field, applying this knowledge to improve our services and infrastructure.
  • **Deliver Excellent Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • **Flexibility and Availability**: Be available to work flexible shifts, including outside of regular business hours, with compensation provided for overtime.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree or recognized certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • **Experience**: 2 years or more of experience managing and administering Microsoft 365 and Azure implementations of 100+ users.
  • **Technical Skills**: Strong technical knowledge of concepts, design, implementations, and operation of large-scale, enterprise-level solutions in cloud-based platforms.
  • **Certifications**: One or more recognized Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications.
  • **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
