Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at 1087937 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate estimates and project timelines
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures to ensure project profitability
  • Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
