About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at 1087937 B.C. LTD. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures to ensure project profitability
  • Prepare and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in estimating or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
