- Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative leadership position/role in a higher education setting.
- PhD or other terminal degree with a track record in research or teaching at the post-secondary level.
- Outstanding skills in writing, oral communication, and developing interpersonal relationships.
- Experience in imagining, developing, implementing, and overseeing academic programs' curricular processes and collaboratively leading and supporting faculty.
- Experience with online and hybrid learning modalities.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and educational technology.

This is a full-time permanent position (35 hours) under regular business hours. The position is located in Fredericton, NB with the possibility to work remotely from anywhere in New Brunswick, and attend in-office meetings, as required.
The ideal candidate should reside in New Brunswick or be willing to relocate.
