About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at De Chou. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating innovative and delicious dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
