About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors' operations on sales, determining merchandise and services to be sold, locating, selecting and procuring merchandise for resale, developing and implementing marketing strategies, determining staffing requirements, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, overseeing payroll administration, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
