Persia Food Products Inc. is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of staff. Key responsibilities include managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. Key tasks include:

* Managing staff and assigning duties
* Determining merchandise and services to be sold
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies
* Determining staffing requirements
* Resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers
* Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
