Job Title: Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy Operations Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing medication profiles, and supervising pharmacy staff. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for pharmacy, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and maintain stock of pharmaceutical supplies
  • Advise customers on selection and use of non-prescription medication
  • Check prescriptions for proper dosage
  • Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products by calculating, measuring and mixing the right quantities of drugs and other ingredients
  • Maintain medication profiles of customers including registry of poisons and narcotic and controlled drugs
  • Manage the storage, packaging and distribution of medicinal products
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians and other staff
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada Certification
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
