Job Title: Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy Operations Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing pharmacy operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide accurate and timely medication counseling, monitor patient medication profiles, and maintain accurate records.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, pharmacy staff, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a community or clinical pharmacy setting.
  • Certifications: Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada Certification and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
