We are a dynamic company seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping

Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting records.

Tax Compliance

Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Financial Analysis

Provide financial analysis and reporting to management, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

Skills

Proficient in accounting software and systems, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
