Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems, both manual and computerized, to ensure seamless access to information.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliability and accuracy in all tasks.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail.
