Job Summary

Nandwana International INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including opening and distributing mail and other materials, planning and organizing daily operations, and supervising other workers.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, and support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
