Lead Water Damage Technician

At On Side Restoration, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to join our team. As a Lead Water Damage Technician, you'll be responsible for leading our team of technicians in responding to water damage emergencies, restoring properties to their pre-loss condition, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in responding to water damage emergencies
  • Conduct structural drying assessments and develop restoration plans
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with industry guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • IICRC S-Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration certification
  • Knowledge of structural drying procedures and equipment
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate in English
