Lead Water Damage Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Lead Water Damage Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in responding to water damage emergencies and restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in responding to water damage emergencies
  • Conduct structural drying assessments and develop restoration plans
  • Supervise and train technicians in water damage restoration techniques
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with industry guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
  • IICRC S-Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration certification
  • Knowledge of structural drying procedures and equipment
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
