As a key member of our Recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall candidate experience and ensuring that our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately documenting and managing requisition processes to guarantee adherence with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating and managing job postings to ensure they are visible to potential candidates and align with our strategic hiring goals.
- Conducting initial reviews of candidate applications to assess qualifications and fit for the role, providing valuable insights to the recruitment team.
- Acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Organizing and facilitating onboarding activities, including conducting background checks and preparing onboarding materials to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Overseeing travel arrangements and managing expense reimbursements for candidates and new hires, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes and principles.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms, with a proven ability to interact effectively with diverse candidates and team members.
- A high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
A Bachelor's degree or certification specializing in Human Resources would be advantageous, providing a deeper understanding of HR principles and practices.
