**Job Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately documenting and managing requisition processes to guarantee adherence with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating and managing job postings to ensure they are visible to potential candidates and align with our strategic hiring goals.
  • Conducting initial reviews of candidate applications to assess qualifications and fit for the role, providing valuable insights to the recruitment team.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Organizing and facilitating onboarding activities, including conducting background checks and preparing onboarding materials to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Overseeing travel arrangements and managing expense reimbursements for candidates and new hires, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms, with a proven ability to interact effectively with diverse candidates and team members.
  • A high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**

A Bachelor's degree or certification specializing in Human Resources would be advantageous, providing a deeper understanding of HR principles and practices.
