Business Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at SSMC Business Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to design and implement business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Business Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to mitigate these risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
