We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Aera. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
