Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Member Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Member Service Representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Member Service Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Member Services, to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure efficient cash management and oversee all security-related matters.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a minimum of four years in a bank or credit union.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Investment Funds in Canada certificate.
  • Strong ability to resolve member complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  • Passionate about coaching and developing employees.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and technology.
