Food Service Team Lead

Join FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD. as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role in our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our kitchen staff to meet the demands of our menu and service standards.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our kitchen staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where attention to detail and effective communication are essential. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service to our customers.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:40 hours per week.
