Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food is prepared and served on time.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
    • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment
