Bilingual Customer Experience Associate

At Scotiabank, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of our branches, connecting with customers in a relatable way and helping them achieve their financial goals.
This part-time role requires a minimum of 22.5 hours per week and involves:
- Providing proactive customer service and listening to understand customer needs
- Processing day-to-day transactions and nurturing long-standing relationships
- Identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities to contribute to the Branch's targets
- Sharing technology expertise and introducing clients to mobile banking applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Uncover and solve customers' needs
- Explain complicated concepts simply
- Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment
Requirements:
- Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and assist in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Comfortable in simple sales situations and have strong technical skills
