Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the branch customer experience.
- Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and products as needed.
You will also support the achievement of business objectives by:
- Contributing to the growth of our customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Providing expert advice on our products and services to customers, promoting our capabilities and driving sales.
- Ensuring compliance with operating policies and procedures, and contributing to business objectives for Operational Excellence.
- Supporting the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.

- Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in your area, and participating in personal performance management and development activities.
- Keep others informed and up-to-date about all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.

This role requires:
- Established customer service skills to perform a range of routine activities and multi-step customer transactions.
- A broad knowledge of our basic product suite, including financial products and services.
- The ability to evaluate and recommend customer solutions from established options.
- Understanding of how the assigned duties relate to others in the customer or advice team, and how the team integrates with others.
Requirements include:
- A high school diploma and/or equivalent.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- A Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
