Key Accountabilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the branch customer experience.

  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and products as needed.

You will also support the achievement of business objectives by:

  • Contributing to the growth of our customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Providing expert advice on our products and services to customers, promoting our capabilities and driving sales.
  • Ensuring compliance with operating policies and procedures, and contributing to business objectives for Operational Excellence.
  • Supporting the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.

Breadth & Depth

This role requires:

  • Established customer service skills to perform a range of routine activities and multi-step customer transactions.
  • A broad knowledge of our basic product suite, including financial products and services.
  • The ability to evaluate and recommend customer solutions from established options.
  • Understanding of how the assigned duties relate to others in the customer or advice team, and how the team integrates with others.
Experience & Education

Requirements include:

  • A high school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • A Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
Language Preference
