**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer and Project Manager to join our Pro Services Team at In-House Solutions Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end contract programming, manufacturing assessment, and reverse engineering services to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct onsite and remote discovery/requirements gathering sessions to understand customer needs and develop project plans.
  • Manage the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of complex technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Program complex CNC machining operations using Mastercam software and other relevant tools.
  • Conduct smooth project handoffs to customers by providing training, direct support, and leading close-out meetings with key stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Expert-level proficiency in Mastercam software and experience in programming and operating a variety of CNC machines and controls.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated CAD experience (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk) and MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word).
  • A valid G license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel (70%+ of the time within Southwestern/Central Ontario).
