Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content and Communications Intern to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Training and Development Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting department-wide initiatives and contributing to the development of engaging content for our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with department members to support new and ongoing projects, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and plan quarterly conferences for Wealth Management Canada Head Office, Training & Development team, and branch employees, managing agendas and related materials.
  • Plan and host training sessions, utilizing your creativity and analytical skills to develop engaging content and presentations.
  • Work with the Strategy and Communications team to build branch and internal communications plans, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the coordination and administrative tasks for virtual and in-person training programs and calls, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all participants.
  • Provide insight and input into future training initiatives, identifying gaps and offering solutions to enhance our training offerings.
Requirements
  • Content creation experience, with a strong portfolio of written articles, videos, and presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
