Media Content Coordinator

Rogers Sports & Media is seeking a skilled Media Content Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our entertainment and news content to millions of Canadians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare content for air, ensuring technical requirements are met.
  • Operate and maintain the backbone infrastructure of our media network.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, communicating clearly and concisely.
  • Monitor network systems, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content production teams to ensure seamless delivery of media content.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience with Imagine Automation in a server-based Master Control Environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
