Key Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare content (programs, commercials, promos, etc.) for air, ensuring technical requirements are met.
  • Operate and maintain the backbone infrastructure of our media operations, enabling the delivery of high-quality content to our audience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, communicating clearly and concisely to ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network systems, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with content production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Imagine Automation in a server-based Master Control Environment is an asset.
