Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director, Asset Management to lead initiatives that reduce our energy and greenhouse gas emissions across a portfolio of retail, industrial, office and residential properties.

Responsibilities
  • Implement identified decarbonization strategies for long-term net zero goal
  • Analyze and prioritize projects to cut energy and emissions, such as upgrades and changes to how we operate
  • Manage external consultants to provide ongoing performance data
  • Provide technical guidance for energy and carbon reduction retrofits, metering, data collection and solar projects
  • Deliver education and training to team members in other business units
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in energy management for various types of real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) accreditation an asset
  • Expertise with building energy and carbon reduction strategies, data analytics and sustainability practices
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
