Job Title: Case Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Support Worker to join our team at the Parry Sound District Social Services Administration Board. As a Case Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to Integrated System Navigators on client activity, files, and all components of the Income Support and Stability program.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to Integrated System Navigators on client activity, files, and all components of the Income Support and Stability program.
  2. Reception duties include greeting and assisting all people who arrive at or call the DSSAB office.
  3. Responsible for receiving documents, monies, and issuance of receipts for payments.
  4. Provide support to all DSSAB programs.
Requirements:
  1. Secondary School Graduation Diploma.
  2. Experience in a Social Services environment, an asset.
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of all legislation relevant to the position.
  5. Knowledge of community resources.
