Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Human Resources: Hire, train, or arrange for training of staff, and interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Budgetary Responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000.
- Supervision: More than 20 people.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, MS Word.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics.
