About This Role

This is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of S R PETROLEUM INC. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established protocols
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Work setting: Urban area
  • Budgetary responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
